OUR STORY
Doug, an entrepreneur for 40 plus years and his wife Renee, a nurse practitioner acted upon a dream for a ministry revealed by God in 2012.
The Lord had blessed Doug and Renee with spiritual, business, and practical knowledge through out the years of their careers and mission activities. The dream was to take all the business, spiritual, and practical knowledge they were given and to give it all away.
Doug was able to serve in many different facets during his business career giving him a very broad experience in the business realm serving in a Family technical business. Doug held various leadership positions eventually taking the lead as President of the organization.
Victorious Living Ministries conducted its very first business seminar in 2015 in a small town called Urraco, Honduras. In the early years, Doug and Renee taught the business seminars in three days providing the necessary information for students to launch or expand their business. Over the course of four years, Doug conducted seminars in Guatemala, three different communities in Honduras, and in Costa Rica.
In 2019 the Lord had Doug and Renee reevaluate the vision of the ministry to focus on just one community. Doug and Renee communicated this new vision with Pastor Rony and Pastora Esther from Zoe church in Urraco, Honduras the very town where the ministry’s first business seminar was conducted. Upon hearing the vision Pastor Rony had shared with Doug and Renee that several years back it was prophesied over him and Pastora Esther that God would send someone to help him fulfill the vision of transformation for Urraco.
Currently Victorious Living Ministries is a 501 c3 ministry known as Vida Victoriosa in Honduras. God is doing amazing things :
Over 100 businesses have graduated the V.V. Seminars
40 businesses have been awarded seed money through the dream tank
Conducted several medical brigades serving thousands in the community
Launched two new businesses with 5 employees
Supported the launch of a medical clinic with a full-time doctor and nurses
Hosted various mission teams to provide community outreach and spiritual transformation in the town of Urraco
